深海勇士讲了什么？
一個神秘的夜晚，海底巨浪把奇異的生物麥克·哈克斯（帕特里克·杜菲 飾）送到岸上。當醫學界視之為死亡而無能為力時，海洋學家伊莉沙白·瑪麗博士（貝琳達·蒙哥瑪麗 飾）把他放回海洋，才使他得以復活。 至於他從哪裏來，要到哪裏去，他自己不知道，電腦也只能猜測。麥克接受了一聯串的試驗，以測驗他的速度、靈敏度和力量。雖然麥克獲準返回海洋的世界，但他決定留下來幫助瑪麗博士等人探索海洋，同時也學習有關人類的世界… 本片於 1980 年引進中國，為中國首部引進的大型科幻片，收視效果驚人。
