鬼島譽、鈴森明日香、天谷睦和九條紫音四位女高中生坐的飛機發生空難，墜落到海裡，四人幸運存活並漂流到無人島上。但是她們必須在荒島上尋找避難處並尋找水與食物。幸好其中的譽因為受到軍人爸爸的野外求生教導，因此對野外求生的方式非常瞭解。她帶領另外三位少女去尋找水源、捉魚貝類，分辨能食能吃的植物、製做陷阱捉兔子。四名少女就此展開野外求生的生活……
