《中轉站》（The Layover）是由安東尼·波登（Anthony Bourdain）主持的一檔旅行與美食節目，播出在 Travel Channel（旅行頻道）。該節目於 2011 年 11 月 21 日首播，第一集以新加坡為主題。節目的格式和內容基於旅行者在 24 到 48 小時內在一個城市中可以做、吃、參觀和享受的內容。每集節目以主持人抵達城市開始，倒計時從他抵達城市的時刻開始，直到他離開城市的時間為止。作為經驗豐富的旅行者，他會與當地人會面，全方位地探索城市，以小時為單位，既以遊客的方式，也以本地人的方式。 2012 年 2 月 15 日，Travel Channel 宣佈續訂該節目至 2012/2013 季，第二季預計於 2012 年 11 月 19 日首播。第二季中的城市包括亞特蘭大、芝加哥、都柏林、新奧爾良、巴黎、費城、聖保羅、西雅圖、多倫多和台北。
