Waar gaat Bubblegum Crisis over?
Het is het jaar 2032. Mega-Tokio is nog steeds aan het herstellen van de laatste grote aardbeving in Kanto, wanneer nieuwe incidenten de metropool plotseling op zijn grondvesten doen schudden. Razende robots, ook wel Boomers genoemd, maken de straten onveilig en de AD-politie heeft haar handen vol.
