소설가인 벤은 어린 시절을 보낸 시골 마을로 귀향하는데, 마을 외곽에 우뚝선 폐가에 관한 끔찍한 기억을 소설로 집필하기 위해서이다.. 폐가의 새소유주인 스트레이커가 발로우란 뱀파이어를 데려오면서 마을 사람들이 뱀파이어로 변하기 시작한다..
