未来都市TOKYO CITY。科学の発展に比例して凶悪犯罪やテロが増加の一途を辿る。これに対抗するため警察は特殊SWATチーム「WARRIOR」を組織した。そんな折、マキ、利緒、真弥、リリカ、ナンベル、ユウジのWARRIORのメンバーに指令が。謎のテロ組織ファルコン・クロウが国際平和フォーラムが催されているホテルキングダムを襲う！各国の要人を人質にする敵が要求してきた内容とは…！？
