Worum geht es in Kamisama Kazoku?
Kamisama Kazoku handelt von Kamiyama Samataro, seines Zeichens Sohn Gottes. Um später einmal in die Fußstapfen seines Vaters treten zu können, verbringt er gewissermaßen seine "Lehrjahre" auf der Erde. Seine engste Freundin ist Tenko, die seit seiner Geburt Samataros persönlicher Schutzengel ist. Eines Tages verliebt er sich in Komori Kumiko, eine neue Schülerin in Tenkos und Samataros Klasse. Natürlich fasst er den Entschluss, ihr Herz zu gewinnen, möchte dies aber als Mensch und nicht als Gott bewerkstelligen. Ungeachtet dessen, was dann aus Tenko wird, die schon lange Gefühle für Samataro hegt.

One by one the members of the Kamiyama family fall before Fumiko’s power. Samatarou must find a way to fight her, being careful to not surrender himself to wrath and become a demon himself. He then defeats Fumiko by killing the demon inside him. Tenko and Kumiko save him and Kumiko turns into an angel. At the end Tenko and Samatarou kiss and they all take a photo together.
